DOMESTIC DELIVERY INFORMATION

A delivery estimate is provided with every Australia Post order. This will give you an idea on when to expect your order. It’s important to know that this is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Please note – we use Australia Post express service. Below are some delivery estimates to give you a rough idea on how long your parcel will take to reach you.

Same Day: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba

1-2 days: Albury, Bundaberg, Canberra, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Mackay, Mary borough, New castle, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Wollongong

1-3 days: Adelaide, Cairns, Geelong, Townsville

2-4 days: Melbourne, Darwin

2-4 days: Hobart, Perth

Please note:

  • If there are no instructions provided at the time of checkout or there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, Australia Post is unable to complete the delivery. This means that they will redeliver the parcel or drop it off at a local collection point. Unfortunately we are unable to organise a call on approach.
  • It is best to always include clear, short delivery instructions when you checkout.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
  • Goods will only be delivered on business days; no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • In the case of Authority to Leave we are not responsible for the delivery of the package as we cannot verify this without signature.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Australia Post cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Signature is usually required on delivery for your security, and if no one is home at time of delivery the order will be sent to the nearest sorting facility.
  • Australia Post will sometimes leave parcels in a safe or secluded spot for Residential delivery areas, and this will not require signature. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and updates to see if this will occur. We also recommend leaving clear, short delivery instructions when you checkout from our website.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES

Delivery is via Australia Post who ships items to the destination country. Once delivered to the destination country, the local postal service will be used for delivering to the final address. Please note that parcels normally arrive in the destination country within 48 hours after being sent. If you experience any delays, this may be due to the local postal service, for which we cannot control.
We do recommend customers check the tracking information sent to them regularly so they will know when to expect their order or to contact their countries relevant customs authority make payment of duties and taxes.

Please note:

  • The prices displayed on the XOthree online store DO NOT include overseas levies and customs charges. These charges will be imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Cost of duties will vary between countries.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations XOThree are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We will not be able to declare the order as a ‘gift’ as this is prohibited by law.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. XOthree is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
  • XOthree does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
  • We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. XOthree is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.

ORDER TRACKING

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link, a confirmation of your delivery address and instructions, and a delivery estimate.

If you are receiving a parcel and don’t have tracking information, please contact us at hello@xothree.com and we will look into this for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Once your order is packed and leaves our office, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will receive tracking instructions on the email.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CHANGES TO ORDERS
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, XOthree is unable to make changes to orders once placed. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. This also includes pre-order styles as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the delivery of your order during these times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit

XOthree offers Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $150. To qualify for free shipping, the order price must be $150 after discounts have been applied.
